The bubonic plague, which is obviously serious if you catch it, is almost unheard of, no cases of Malaria or yellow fever have been reported this year and rabies which is potentially the only decease you may catch is only known in the deepest darkest depths of the countryside.

There are three swimming pools in UB, the best of them is situated on the opposite side of the river in front of the Sky supermarket and the Chinggis Hotel. It can be easily distinguised by the blue glass dome on the roof of the building. The pool costs around 3,000 tugrug per session and is a popular place to hangout at weekends.

Having said that there are a number of gymnasiums and athletic associations sprouting up in and around the city. Like almost anything else in UB availability effects the quality of the Gymnasiums, so the good ones tend to be a little expensive as far as membership is concerned and are mostly used as hangouts for all the corporate goons!
