Airag

Airag fermented from Mongolian mares is special because of its
nutritious and medical values. Mare's milk varies in its composition of
vitamins /vitamins B1, B2, Br, Pt, C, protein, carbohydrate and fat due
to the distinction of the composition and quality of the grass and
plant of the areas.

The Mongolian diet is dictated by their way of life; it is high in
dairy products, meat and drinks served in various styles. You maybe be
able to try boodog, when an entire goat,or preferably marmot, is slowly
roasted from the inside out by placing hot rocks inside the skinned
carcass, sealing it and then placing the carcass on the fire.
Labor song
These are melodies sung while working. The hunter's call attracts the animal by imitating its call in order to select a specific type of animal and to hunt with certainty, without wounding.
Buuvey Song
A buuvey song is a lullaby, or any sweet melody "expressing a mother's boundless love" for her baby. "Buuvey… buuvey… buuvey…" is repeated while caressing a child to make him or her sleep. The melody may come from the heart of mother and be improvised.

Modern Art Gallery
This is definitely a place you do not want to miss out on visiting, you can actually touch all of the exhibits on show including a large meteorite sat in the middle of the floor and a Tyranousaurus Rex fossil! The museum is very popular with school groups and most visitors to the country.
