There is a huge demand for “Native” English speakers as English teachers. Anyone who is interested in teaching English will have no trouble getting employment and a work visa through a school or organization. However, the pay is generally low compared to other countries. Though it’ll usually be just enough for room and board plus a little extra.
For better paying jobs, you’ll probably have to work for a Non-Government Organization. Volunteer (unpaid) jobs (such as teaching English, helping charities, assisting geological digs, etc.) are in abundance and are a great experience. If you want to be an English tutor, you can just post your ads in local newspapers and other media. Mongolians like to be taught English by native speakers.
