QGX receives Undur Tsagaan mining license |
QGX Ltd. (TSX:QGX) announced Wednesday that the government of Mongolia has issued a mining license for the Undur Tsagaan site in eastern Mongolia. The license will allow open-pit mining for tungsten-molybdenum by QGX. Molybdenum is an essential mineral used in the hardening of steel. Undur Tsagaan is QGX's second major metals mine in Mongolia. Its first project is the Golden Hills copper-gold-silver mine in western Mongolia. QGX also announced it is in the process of negotiating with Mongolia’s Minerals Resource Petroleum Authority to further develop the Undur Tsagaan site. www.mongolia-web.com |

Agreement calls for Russia’s Rosneft to build 100 gas stations in Mongolia |
Russian oil producer Rosneft will freeze oil prices at January levels as part of an agreement to build 100 consumer gasoline stations. The company said this price freeze will remain intact through July. |
