Santis is one of the most established schools in UB and is 2% owned by a US founding partner. The school has around 5 - 7 Native speaking ESL teachers at anyone time, and a number of Mongolian Grammar teachers, teaching basic English.

The school has suffered in reputation due to poor teaching standards, from employing unqualified staff, poor management and a mass of complaints from the teachers themselves.

Although the cost of studying is one of the lowest in town. The school has computer labs for the use of students and is also IBT affiliated.

The school has around 500 students at anyone time and has recently opened a second school in the 3rd and 4th Micro - district. the main school is situated behind the Schultis school close to the Chinese Embassy. I have been informed this school should be avoided by a number of unhappy employees, who were threatened with deportation after resigning from the school.

Salaries Start at $600 plus accommodation. Working a minimum of 30 hours per week.
