Mr. S.Bayar, the Prime Minister of Mongolia, was on an official visit in Moscow, the Russian Federation in April 10-14, 2008 at Mr. V.A.Zubkov’s invitation, the Prime Minister of the RF. During the meeting, Mr. S.Bayar paid visit to Mr. V.V.Putin, the President of the RF, held a negotiation with Mr. V.A.Zubkov, and met Mr. V.V.Volodin, Vice-Speaker of the State Duma. Pressing issues of Mongolian-Russian relations and its perspective were discussed and regional and international matters were exchanged views at the meeting and negotiation. Also, since the contract for the friendly relations and cooperation on January 20 of 1993, Ulaanbaatar declaration on November 14 of 2000, and Moscow declaration on December 8 of 2006 were signed between Mongolia-the RF, those documentations have corresponded to life, and have been suitable people’s interests in both countries, Heads of the two countries Governments emphasized. Therefore, Mr. V.A.Zubkov expressed, military and military technique cooperation has been developing successfully between the two countries and he also informed Russian is ready to render help and assistance in the future.
Mr. S.Bayar and Mr. V.A.Zubkov discussed a process of the program for the trade and economic cooperation, and defined steps for its implement, and they also noted that Mongolian – Russian Joint Industries have performed important duties for Mongolian economic development.
