Full description & Itinerary
by the machine to Khara-Khorum ” Tovkhon Monastery. There will be our
base camp. Then we shall go on a southwest aside falls Orkhon and
Naiman Nuur for 7 days with horse. We travel in the Taiga. You will be
accompanied with the local and French, English -speaking guide.
Day by day :
Day
1: Arrival at Ulaanbaatar (Transport from airport or railway station to
the hotel. Lunch, City tour, Museums, if tourist are interested it is
available to see UB night life, go to night clubs, stay in hotel 3
star).
Day 2: Drive to Kharkhorin, Tovkhon monastery. Stay in the tourist camp, visit monastery.
Day 3: To start horse trip aside Uurtiin tokhoi, falls Orkhon. Stay under tent near falls.
Day 4: Continues trip aside Naiman nuur, stay in Mountan Khyatruun under tent.
Day 5: Trip aside Naiman nuur, tour around lakes. Stay under tent.
Day 6: Trip aside Shurangiin tsokio (Rock Shuranga), acquaintance with nomadic life.
Day 7: Return to falls Orkhon, Stay under tent.
Day 8: Return to camp. Stay in camp.
Day
9: Drive to Elsen Tasarkhai (sand dunes). Visit monastery Ovgon khiid
(Old manstery) in mountain Khogno khan. Stay in tourist camp.
Day 10: Back to Ulaanbaatar, shopping, concert, museum. Stay in hotel.
