The annual Naadam festival takes place in July in every city, town and village in Mongolia. Known as "the three sports of men" Full description & Itinerary

Join us as we travel across Central Mongolia's beautiful steppe, mountains and desert to join the Naadam celebrations in a small town.
Day by day:
Day 1: Arrival at Ulaanbaatar (Transport from airport or railway station to the hotel. Lunch, City tour, if tourists are interested it is available to see UB night life, go to night clubs, stay in hotel 3 star).
Day 2: Visit to Gandan Monastery, after Drive to Horseback riding Show. Stay in hotel.
Day 3: Drive to Terelj national park via Manzu-Shir monastery. Stay in tourist camp.
Day 4: Excursion to the Ruins of Princess Temple. Visit nomadic family. Back to Ulaanbaatar, stay in hotel.
Day 5-6: Experience Mongolia's most exciting and remarkable Naadam Festival; horseracing, national wrestling and archery shooting.  
Day 7: Drive to Khustai national park, after lunch drive to sand dunes. Visit Tovkhon Monastery. Stay in tourist camp.   
Day 8: After lunch Drive to Kara Korum, ancient capital of Mongol Empire. Stay in tourist camp.
Day 9: Back to Ulaanbaatar. shopping,  concert, museum. Stay in hotel.
Day 10. Depart.

Canada to open trade office in Ulaanbaatar

Canada will open a permanent trade office in Mongolia to assist local Canadian businesses. Canadian firms have a reported $395 million in investments, including operating more than 20 mines. Canada is also Mongolia’s second largest investor.
