Deer carvings on rocks constitute historical monuments of ancient times. Thousand of these rocks are evidence of the develodivment and wealth of sculdivture in ancient Mongolia. During the Tureg Age, in the 6th-8th centuries, the richest collection of stone sculdivtures was created. Now more than 500 of them can be found in the Altai and Khangai mountains.

This is definitely a place you do not want to miss out on visiting, you can actually touch all of the exhibits on show including a large meteorite sat in the middle of the floor and a Tyranousaurus Rex fossil! The museum is very popular with school groups and most visitors to the country.
