The first and fifth floor of the State Department store is where you can find a limited selection of English Language magazines like Fortune and Time. These are normally charged at cover price (Tg5000) despite some editions being months old – as you can guess it takes a while for the latest edition to filter through although sometimes you can be lucky enough to find one. Still they can keep you in the loop if you haven’t access to the net.
